Open Up is a prayer course for teenagers, aged 10 to 13.
For teens, prayer is like a hug from God!
They can talk to Him, get to know His voice and feel that He is near.
Open Up encourages teens to develop a lifestyle of prayer in two different ways.
– By using the Prayer Hand method, they will learn all aspects of praying to God: Praise, Forgiveness, Thanksgiving, praying for Others and praying for Yourself.
– In connection with a praying parent they have a role model and someone who prays for their personal questions.
Open Up is interactive and creative. It consists of this Open Up handbook with 10 Bible stories, the Prayer Hand poster, the Prayer Diary and 6 Open Up videos.
